2-MINUTE PANCAKES
Ingredients:- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tablespoons Oatbran
- Mixed spices or cinnamon to flavour
- 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- 2. Preheat non-stick pan to high heat. Once it's hot reduce to medium heat.
- 3. Pour your ingredients into the centre of the pan and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
- 4. Flip it over once, add spices/cinnamon, fold it and enjoy! OR
- 5. Add your veggie allowance and make a meal of it!
